Fire & Life Safety Consulting: examine, analyze and evaluate current policies and procedures to address short and long term objectives to meet your Master Plan.

Fire/Life Safety Manuals & CD’s: prepare site specific history of your building and operation on a CD. The CD will contain specific information and photos in a power point format of building’s hazardous areas, electrical rooms, fire protection rooms, fire department connections, fire hydrant locations, fire and security command centers, gas and electric meters and shut off’s elevators and more. Copies can be distributed to insurance carriers and first responders in order to take action faster and more effectively.
Fire evacuation drills: witness and evaluate your fire evacuation drills and prepare a written report of results.
Fire Safety Management: evaluate existing fire and life safety policies and procedures to meet or develop a new master plan.
Life Safety Inspections & Audits: perform inspections and audits of buildings and occupancies for code compliance and identify unsafe practices and deficiencies.
Fire Prevention Education & Training: assess your needs and develop fire prevention educational programs and specific training programs. Training can be provided in classroom sessions, on-site drills or at the Berks County Fire Academy. Design and deliver specific fire prevention educational programs for all age groups in schools, day cares and senior centers.

Third Party Fire Protection / Suppression plan examination and review: extensive experience and education in Fire Protection System plan reviews, approving designs, assisting in designs, inspections, final acceptance inspections and commission testing.
